Transfer Info-If you have an entry and will not be able to use it. You can transfer it to a friend by providing them your confirmation info and CES Rider ID from your registration and have them complete the transfer HERE and pay the $10 transfer fee. If you do not have someone in mind to transfer your entry to, please send an email to erica@bikemonkey.net, and she will put you in touch with the next person on the waitlist. The money transfer is between you two, once you notify us that the person has purchased your registration, Erica will give them the info to complete their registration. No Transfers or other changes after Monday, May 9 at 5pm.
Registration details-
Earlybird registration is $77 plus a $4 online transaction fee. Fees increase to $87 on April 1st. Online reg closes on Tuesday, May 5 at 5pm PDT. No race day registration. There is a 350 rider limit on registration.
Registration includes $10 CES series fee, race raffle ticket(not the FOX fork raffle), lunch, and beer ticket if over 21.
T-shirts may be pre-ordered for $12 and picked up at the event. They are enduro blue short sleeve tech tees in both Adult and Ladies styles. They will be $20 at the event. All shirt proceeds go to the Poedunks for trails.
No refunds, however you may transfer an entry to a teammate or friend for a $10 fee. No transfers after May 9 at 5pm.
The event will likely sell out, when it does we will open up a waitlist. It will be $10 to get on the waitlist and will accommodate 40 people. There are no gaurantees, but the last two years, we have given everyone on the waitlist an offer to ride, although in some cases that didn’t come until a day or two before the race. There will not be a late fee to transfer to an open spot from the waitlist.
Friday night packet pick-up will be 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the park. Race Day number pick-up for pre-registered riders will be available at the park from 6:30 am to 8am. All riders must sign release form or have parent or legal guardian sign if racer is a minor. Riders Meeting at 7:50am at the Start. First riders will start on the course at 8am. Pro/experts will start around 8:10-8:15, or as soon as the Sport/Beginners are clear of the first course split.
Race Date is subject to rescheduling due to an act of nature out of our control including but not limited to: excessive rainfall, wildfire, electrical storms, tornado, or earthquake. The initial back-up date would be Sunday, May 15. If that is not possible, it would be scheduled as soon as feasible. All registrations would transfer to the new date or credit will be given toward next year’s event.
